Da Vinci - Delays in Campaign Syncing and Proofing

Incident Report for Movable Ink

Postmortem

Incident Summary
On March 24, between approximately 2:00 AM and 10:22 AM EDT, some clients experienced delays with campaign syncing and proof generation. This was first observed during early morning proofing activity.

The issue was caused by a recent system update that unintentionally impacted data processing performance. As a result, some campaigns experienced delays in completing processing and generating proofs.

Resolution
Our Engineering team identified the issue and implemented changes to stabilize system performance. An additional update was applied to fully resolve the problem.
Following these changes, campaign processing and proof generation returned to normal.

Corrective Actions
To help prevent similar issues in the future, we have enhanced monitoring to detect early signs of system performance degradation and implemented improvements to increase system stability and reliability. We will continue to monitor the platform to ensure consistent performance.
